Website without coding: Steps to build your first website.

In today’s blog, we will create your first website without coding In 30 Minutes. Without knowing how to program. Many designers think that establishing a website is difficult because the only experience with it is from old platforms or what they have seen in the film.

Setting up WordPress website without coding has become like opening a Facebook account. People fear the process and find it harder than it should be.

I always set up a WordPress site to try out new ideas or start a new blog for a customer. WordPress being a content management system(CMS) used to build large interactive and complex websites and works well for creating simple blogs that you can also use. There are some simple types of websites that you can set up, but most people and small businesses need them to be blogs developed with WordPress. Although WordPress allows you to create simple and complicated website without any coding required.

You have set up your first WordPress site to publish your first blog entry at the end of this post. What surprises me is that setting up my website does not have to be expensive. Likewise, I use WordPress for everything my customers want me to do on my site. I’ll share all the steps required to do it cheaply and quickly.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the Bluehost home page. After confirming this, you can go to the login page. You still need to fill in a few forms, such as your data and payment information. Most settings are set by default, but some may need to be revised if unfamiliar with them. Then, click on the CPanel Admin Panel, where you can see all the tools you can use to customize your site, as well as small details.

Let us finish your WordPress in the next 5 minutes. Log on to your Bluehost home page (located in the Websites section) and click Install WordPress. It is a one-click installer. Click the green Install New Script button.

Let us now customize your WordPress site and publish your first blog entry. If you have WordPress installed, you already have yourdomain.com in the default theme setup, but it does not look like I imagined it. Let’s try to make it a bit better.

You can now visit yourdomain.com/wp-admin to access the login screen, where you can customize the WordPress settings with your domain name and password. After logging in with your WordPress username/password, look at the WordPress dashboard (the cool name is Control Panel). 

When you enter the dashboard, you will notice that it is full of dummy content to let you know that everything works as planned. Now we can start to access more settings and options.

Go to the Pages tab on the left and click on add the page to create a home page.

Post is the right place to create your content. You will find a world of posts and friendly little greetings that WordPress has prepared for you. Too bad it’s gone now.

On the left, you will find the Settings tab and click on it. The right side of the tab will be “About this page.”.

If you want to make it more search engine-friendly (also known as SEO), then go to the Settings tab on the left side of the dashboard, and under Permalink, you must select the post name as your link structure. It means that when you create a sample post, it will appear as yourdomain.com/samples/ and not be “your domain.com/p/12345. 

Permalink is the way your post link should be structured for a new page or posts you create. It ensures that search engines know what the site is about without having to search for further information.

Click the Appearance tab on the left. Click on customize to improve the appearance of your website.

Next, you need to create a website title that appears next to the name of your website, a slogan, and your motto to describe your website. You also need to select your time zone.

In the appearance section, it shows you all the themes that are installed. Feel free to experiment and choose the topic you want. If you have purchased other themes, install them by clicking the “Add New” button on top of the page.
